Motor is removed and disconnected has been for awhile it ran well when it was put together but we were going to put a better motor but decided not to. Now it's either a project or parts thing. The lower unit is in almost perfect condition, these alone can be sold for about 800, trailer is worth probably about 200 after it gets cleaned up a bit. So it's worth it right there but I'm too scared to separate the lower unit without damaging it....
